About the role

Our catering department has developed and improved over the last few years and we are keen that it continues to do so. We are proud of the outlets we have on our campus at Preston, and the diverse offer it creates for staff and students. We are also incredibly proud of the events we have hosted, like our College Fellows Dinner and HE Graduation.

Our Catering Operations Manager will be a key role in ensuring this fantastic work continues. We know how challenging working in the catering industry can be but at Myerscough you will have the opportunity to use all your skills and experience but in an environment where work life balance and wellbeing is incredibly important; where we close at Christmas and New Year; and where you can benefit from 31 days annual leave per year, plus Bank Holidays.
